Junior & Family Training
Train together. Grow together.
BoxCamp is built for families, not simply a gym that permits children to attend. Junior members learn boxing, improve fitness, build confidence and develop discipline around experienced coaches and healthy role models.
Parents can train too
The Bonding Bundle covers one parent and one junior member on a single membership, so you can train alongside your child rather than sitting in the car park waiting. Same gym, same coaches, same session if you want it.

BoxCamp is a 24/7 facility, so access for juniors depends on age.
- Ages 12 and under
- Must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian who is also a current BoxCamp member.
- Ages 13 to 17
- May train independently after parent or guardian consent, completion of an induction, and demonstration of safe, responsible gym use.
- Ages 18 and over
- May access the facility independently.
Access arrangements for juniors are confirmed with parents or guardians during the tour and induction. If you are unsure how this applies to your child, ask when you visit.
Confidence and resilience
Bullying can seriously affect a young person’s confidence, wellbeing and sense of belonging. Boxing training can provide a positive outlet where young people build fitness, discipline, confidence and resilience in a structured environment.
At BoxCamp, junior members train around experienced coaches and positive role models who encourage respect, self-control, responsibility and personal growth.
Our aim is not to teach children to fight outside the gym. It is to help them carry themselves with greater confidence, respond calmly under pressure and feel supported by a strong community.
BoxCamp does not replace school intervention, counselling or specialised professional support. Where bullying is serious or ongoing, please seek appropriate professional help alongside anything training can offer.
Different abilities and support needs
BoxCamp welcomes people with different abilities, learning styles and support needs. Where reasonably possible, coaches can adjust instructions, break skills into manageable steps and provide a calm, predictable training environment.
Families are encouraged to discuss relevant accessibility or support needs during their tour, so BoxCamp can work out what reasonable support may be available.
Bring them in and have a look
Meet the coaches, see the facility and ask whatever you need to ask. There is no pressure to join on the spot.
