How BoxCamp Works

Train anytime. Get coached when you need it.

BoxCamp operates through a 24/7 membership model rather than traditional scheduled classes. Members train independently whenever it suits them, and during advertised coached hours a BoxCamp coach is on the gym floor. No class booking is required.

Three ways to train

  • Independent training

Use the gym 24/7 for your own boxing, strength, conditioning or fitness training. No booking, no schedule, no waiting for a class to start.

  • Coached floor hours

A rostered coach is on the floor to support members while they train — technique, equipment, training structure. This is shared coaching, not dedicated Personal Training.

  • Personal Training

Members and non-members can book dedicated 30-minute or 60-minute one-on-one sessions. Booked and paid for separately from membership.

Floor coaching is not Personal Training

Coached floor hours

Included with every membership. A coach is on the floor, available to everyone training at the time. Turn up and train — there is nothing to book.

Personal Training

Not included with membership. A dedicated one-on-one session with a coach, booked and paid for separately, at a time you arrange.

Members have access 24 hours a day. A coach is not on the floor 24 hours a day — coached hours are published on the weekly coaching roster.

The coaching roster

The weekly roster shows which coach is on the floor and when, so you can plan your training around the coaches whose strengths suit your goals. Shifts and times change, so the roster is published weekly and is subject to change.

Ask about current coached hours when you book your tour.

See it for yourself
