Nathan Swadling, founder

BoxCamp founder Nathan Swadling is an experienced boxing coach, youth mentor, social worker and NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner.

His experience working with young people, families and people with diverse support needs has helped shape BoxCamp into a structured, welcoming and judgement-free environment.

The BoxCamp approach focuses on positive relationships, confidence, resilience, discipline and helping every member feel that they belong.

Behaviour support

Formal NDIS behaviour support services are delivered separately through Nathan’s employer, Behaviour Lane, and are not included as part of BoxCamp membership or coaching.

BoxCamp is not an NDIS provider. Please direct behaviour support enquiries to Behaviour Lane rather than through BoxCamp.

Inclusion

BoxCamp welcomes people with different abilities, learning styles and support needs. Where reasonably possible, coaches can adjust instructions, break skills into manageable steps and provide a calm, predictable training environment.

We encourage you to discuss any relevant accessibility or support needs during your tour, so we can work out together what reasonable support may be available.
